This EFAW course is suitable for Employees who have been identified to act as first aider in low risk work place environments across all industries, including office settings, construction sites, retail establishments and more. It is ideal for employees who may need to provide immediate assistance in the event of a medical emergency, ensuring a safer workplace environment for everyone.
This course is also ideal for anyone who would like to enhance their first aid skills and confidence for use at home, in public spaces or within their communities.
BOOKING POLICY:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted online payment methods.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Cancellation by participant: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
CANCELLATION BY PROVIDER:
In the unlikely event thaqt we need to cancel the course, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
RESCHEDULING:
You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the course start date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of £20.
NON-ATTENDANCE:
No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for non-attendance on the day of the course.
COURSE CHANGES:
Although extremely unlikely, we reserve the right to make changes to the course venue and instructor as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations provided during the course.
