When a medical emergency happens, every second counts. Our Family First Aid courses are designed to give you the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to act swiftly and protect your loved ones when it matters most.
This is SESSION A and will cover:
The Recovery Position: How to safely manage an unconscious person.
Effective CPR: Step-by-step guidance tailored for all ages (infants, children, and adults).
Using a Defibrillator (AED): Demystifying how and when to use a defib.
Treating Burns: How to cool and treat different types of burns.
Heart Attacks: Spotting the signs and knowing exactly what to do.
SESSION B can be booked separately.
Who is this course for?
This course is perfect for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and anyone who cares for family members. We welcome anyone aged 14 and above who would like to learn how to keep their household safe.
Our sessions are delivered in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment—no scary tests, just vital life-saving skills.
