Family First Aid

This course is ideal for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, husbands, wives and any other caregivers out there.

 

Our comprehensive training covers infant, child and adult emergencies, ensuring you have the confidence and knowledge to act swiftly in any situation.  Whether at home, in public spaces or within your community, you'll be prepared to make a difference when it matters most and keep your loved ones safe.

BOOKING POLICY:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.  Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted online payment methods.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Cancellation by participant:  If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

CANCELLATION BY PROVIDER:

In the unlikely event thaqt we need to cancel the course, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

RESCHEDULING:

You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the course start date at no additional charge, subject to availability.  Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of £20.

 

NON-ATTENDANCE:

No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for non-attendance on the day of the course.

 

COURSE CHANGES:

Although extremely unlikely, we reserve the right to make changes to the course venue and instructor as necessary.  Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations provided during the course.
