Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted online payment methods. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation by Provider: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the course, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the course start date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of £20. Non-Attendance: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for non-attendance on the day of the course. Course Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the course venue and instructor as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Health and Safety: Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations provided during the course.
